where in the t&c state >1yr cancel considered new?

it takes some time one. figured it's faster to know of the approval by checking the credit report (see http://www.creditbureau.com.sg/free-credit-report), usually the record would be there if it has been approved.

My add on cards also triggered a new enquiry. Revise credit limit is a review not a new enquiry, so it doesn't affect the rating

Does enquiry affect rating? Thought only matters when there are many enquiries in a short period of time.

I guess it does, not very sure. My rating is DD even though I pay on time and in full for all my cards. But DBS reported I didn't pay in full twice. And I go by giro for their credit card payments. Just reported it.

As long as the banks continue issuing me credit cards, I don't really care what the rating is haha.
