I had checked with SCB and got a reply in writing saying that 20% does not stack with 10% for SCB VI. I did not ask about 20% + 7% although it does seem possible.

20 percent for up to uber spend 250 aka rebate of 50, if spend 600 in a calender month (not bill cycle) on each card. Payout monthly

7 percent for singpost card if cycle spend (not calender mth) more than 600. Payout each mthly statement date

10 perecent for vi up to 1k per calender quarter for rebate of up to 100. Payout every quarter

So if I spend 600 a month on vi,
The other month I spend on vi uber,

250 get 30 percent rebate (20+10)
150 get 20 percent rebate (150+250+400=1k)
200 get no rebate (250+150+200=600)

Thanks man. So if I spend more than 600 every month on vi for something else and 100 on Uber, I'll get 20 per month and 30 per quarter.

Interesting. Like that they give 20% for months when meet the $600 spending and 10% otherwise? Got ask where is the TnC saying the 20% and 10% dun stack? Kinda hard to believe unless this is mentioned in any TnC.

I didn't ask where in the T&C says that they don't stack, but perhaps they will rely on the catch-all Clause 18.

I think they will do as you mentioned for the 20% and 10%. I also think perhaps that the 20% may also apply to the first $250 spent and the 10% applies for the rest.

I have not received my uber rebates for month of October... Has everyone else gotten it?

I did get 7% cashback for charging to uber directly though

Does the 7% online rebate still apply to bill payments e.g. SingTel , M1 or StarHub ?

SCB keeps changing their policies, hence my question.

Any bro knows if online purchase and charge using enets qualifies for 7% rebate?
Going to buy a laptop online and merchant mode of payment is credit card via enets credit

Same here, no 20% rebate for Oct Uber spend, CSO said must be non-EZ-Link transaction to fulfill the 600 min spend for uber promo.

Wasted my another 200+ uber transaction on scb for Nov, too. I stop using scb on uber now.

There is a whole list of exclusions for the min $600 eligible spend for the 20% for uber, clearly stated in the tnc for the promo and also highlighted in earlier posts.

Every bank does that, DBS too with their LF card. Though one could try calling up their CSO to see if they are willing to credit the cashback.

I recently called up SC about missing cashback for online purchases, they credited it within a few days.

For DBS LF card, I've had the same issues but they required me to send them email receipts which I did, along with the 3-D Secure sms (verified by visa code). A lot of work just for the extra cashback. Probs why I shifted all my online purchases to SC.

Thing is, 3-D Secure (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3-D_Secure) is used for online transactions. If I receive the Verified by Visa sms from DBS, but not receive the cashback for online purchases then it's strange.

DBS eventually credited the cashback to me but I'm not sure if I want to go through the same process every month. This was in April though, things might have changed.
Good idea. I don't remember if it was a 3D Secure transaction, but the nature of the merchant (Kickstarter) should already make it obvious that it's an online transaction. Perhaps I should call in and make a fuss...

they can say so. but how exactly are they going to calculate if they dun stack? at the moment, i got both the 20 and 7% separately although it didnt tally totally.
