Just keep finding reasons to insist on your point that it should be online and eligible for 7% rebate, dun relent. Once relent then they take it that you accepted not getting the 7%.

they mention that if don't need OTP, most likely is not online. the other person below paid via paypal (credit card), maybe have to do that in future.
