Redmart has all along been given 2% for this card.. it's an online supermarket can't fault scb for choosing the lower rebate

So far I have been given 7% all along. Not faulting anything, just sharing info. Funny thing is within the same billing, some 7% some 2%.

Did u use paypal for redmart to get the 7%? Coz from the CSOs, they mention redmart is 2% as it is grocery shopping. After learning that, I've never used this card for that anymore.

Qoo10 requires OTP and the $1 for paypal is just for verification and will be refunded.

My st bill payment using apps didnt qualify for 7% this time round, their standard reply indicate that as long as receive otp, is generally online trans. So wait for their reply on this as i did receive

Yup, but they exclude axs transaction ma. They didnt exclude st bill payment in their tnc

Cannot even use the card to pay on axs, cos not mastercard

i use monthly on starhub & singtel bills (paid online) only this month did not get. call in and they credit back the rebate few days later, no questions asked.
