Anyone has issue with redmart and honestbee spending not getting 7% cashback from sc singpost card? I called the customer service to seek clarification on cashback amount gap and astonishingly the lady insisted that "redmart and honestbee are not registered as online merchant with visa". I wonder whether anyone else got this problem too?

RedMart and HonestBee are classified as the Gorcery, not Online.

I had a look again to see and it seems that you can only use it for items that are tagged as "Prime". Whilst they claim these include millions of items, it seems that most don't come from Amazon but from Taobao or some other Chinese seller.

they market it as "regardless of size, weight, quantity" so seems like no known restrictions, i have friends who use prime to ship bulky furniture when buying from China

can trial the prime for 5 days (https://ezbuy.sg/Prime#buy) and see if it's really no restrictions

Yes i still get the rebates for my starhub & singtell bills. But i still need to call in to claim the rebates even up till last month's bill

Yes i still get the rebates for my starhub & singtell bills. But i still need to call you to claim the rebates even up till last month's bill

Yes the cso reinstate the rebates for me after i call in. Abit tedious, but does the job. I pay via telco website on pc just to be safe. But i heard via app payment, it should work too.

just tell the cso you think that you should get the full eligible rebate. then they will go into your statement and verify on the spot if your transactions are not too many. else they will check offline and call back.

yup. i always call in to get the outstanding telco rebates. 100% can get back.
