my final old t&c spend had a hiccup, rebate was lesser than what i normally get.

called in and they will manually raise the adjustment. do double check to see if your rebate is correct for this last cycle.

Same here..

Called their hotline and ask me call again on next statement date as their end right now not able to my latest cashback...:s22::s22:

Thats too long if your next statement date refers to 1 month away. Usually can see the rebate online 1 or 2 days after current statement is ready.

I was able to see my latest rebate but their CSO told me they can't.

Abit late but why is the card not good anymore? Intending to apply as there is a 2% online rebate with no min. requirement.

there's BOC family ($30 rebate cap/mth) and DBS live fresh as a better option, with min. spends.

if your concern is the min spend, then this is what u looking for online. there's also HSBC advance (2.5% for advance savings account holders) and amex true cashback albeit 1.5%. the huge drop from 7% makes this card redundant to most.

Citibank SMRT has 2.7%/3% for online with no min spend, but travel-related expenses are excluded. Good if you intend to spend on other stuff.

You mean not getting 7% but other %?
Mine is not serious, still 7% but total short of few cents so I lazy to call.

SMRT$ can be redeem for cash rebate in blocks of $5 or $10. Use the SMS method described on the official website of the citi smrt card.
