Here is how you can check after the transactions is posted, how much rebate is awarded, 1% or 2%. Download the transactions in PDF from internet banking. At the bottom of the last page shows the current balance and rewards points available. From the rewards points shown, you can tell how much cash rebate you going to get for that statement. Every 1 point = $0.01. After the statement is generated, it resets to 0. If you see 30 points, you going to get $0.30 rebate.

Just to double check if i use spree cc to pay at a shop via paywave is 2% cashback but if i pay via signing is only 1% cashback right? :s11:

Is there any maximum spend limit for paywave? :s11:

paywave $200 and below no need signature. Amount more than $200, machine will generate a slip for you to sign even the machine read your card by paywave.

Just cancelled my spree card as SC don't allow my annual fee waiver.

SCB so bad nowadays? I just missed a bill and they refused to waive the late fee and interest charges. They dont event send reminders or sms. And so difficult to login online nowadays due to the lousy app. They dont even allow you to cancel the card if you dispute the late fee. And they dont even bother to call you back at all.

What can customers do nowadays?

This is the downside of using credit cards. They are great for benefits and miles. But if you forget payment then it is payback time.

aiya.. anyway now I'm using uob one to get grab rebates.. seems like others dun have le.. some treat it as top up so it's excluded from calculations.

You could try using Singtel Dash to top up by Singtel bill then use it to top up your Grab credits or pay for your rides through the Visa virtual card.

Then use your CIMB Visa Signature to pay for your Singtel bill which counts under online and eligible for 10% cashback (given you meet the min spend / month).

This gives you 10% off your grab rides.

Or can just look at what promos they have now on the market :
