Mcdelivery was since quite long ago even before the change of T&C. I kanna once and called OCBC, they say mcdelivery is not classified as online purchase even though I need the OTP. So not to take the risk, I also will not use BOC and SC to pay for mcdelivery.

Ya lor. Mcdelivery and M1 government organisations leh.

They give rebates in current month???
hi, is anyone able to clarify if I log on to their online banking site, I should see the rebates credited one day after statement date, like the rest of the SCB cards (e.g. manhanttan) or do i have to wait a bit longer?

usually for my manhattan card, i will get my rebates one day after the end of my quarter statement. just curious if it works the same for this, thanks to all who can help!

My redmart transaction is not recognized as online :/

They got back to me today. They noted the issue and will rectify it. They will credit me the cashback first. Thumbs up for them!

Anyone know how they handle the first month? I've had the cards for 2 weeks, and they just sent me the first month statement (15 days of having the card). I didn't hit the $500 in the first 2 weeks, but was pretty close. I know on my foreign cards they wait until your first full month of transactions, but this is Singapore, where the customer always loses...

thats what happened to my manhattan card first mth.. applied on 9th.. card received on 16th.. statement came on 24th... and i spent like 2900+, can u imagine the agony i felt?

i called them, wrote to them, went down their branch but i spoke nicely to them. they gave me wad i want plus two gv ticket for compensation. both side happy.

all except the cso over the phone when i told her it is actually quite unfair and i wld rather hv the card cancel if u cant help, "u wan to cancel the card? can, pay up the bill first. then i cancel immediately for u lor."

Lesson of the Day:

When you receive any new credit card that requires Minimum Spend, phone up and ask the cso what is the statement cut off date.

Second Lesson: Give at yourself at least 3 days before cut off date to complete the Minimum Spend as some transactions take a few days to post.

Your rebates are based on Posting Date and not Transaction Date.

and i always call to check whether i can change the statement date to the last day of the month. Makes it easier to track.
