aren't all our statement cycle dates on 23rd?
my wife's and mine are. so we just use it to max before 23/06,then wait for July to do the spending for the new July cycle rule.
it is different. my 2 scb cards are 12th of every mth instead.

Hi, i just checked my July statement and realised that all my grocery spending (which were all in June) were given 2% rebate, previously it was 6%. I called them and they said they made the change from 1 July to 2% (which I knew) so that means June expenditure will be affected. Wtf... Waiting for their supervisor/manager to call me back as I was quite pissed upon knowing that. Is anyone here also affected by this?
apparently cso even say it will not be affected, you can say u call and ask lor. they base on cut off date of the promo, not statment date.
posting date didnt hit july right?

I know about the 2% change from 1 July so I made sure that all my grocery spending (posting date) was done in June. However, CSO said the 2% from 1 July means that June expenditure on grocery is affected too. I asked to speak to their manager as this isn't fair to customers because if it's from 1 July, then only expenditure from 1 July should be affected.
It'd be good to check your July statement and do the necessary calculation.

ok, I just dig out my letter. Under the fine print at bottom of page, tnc, it is stated as follows:
"The cashback earned is based on the posting date of your transactions. Please note that the above revisions will only apply to your transactions posted to your account from 1 July 2015."
So u shld have a case to claim back the max 6% rebate for groceries posted in June provided it hits min spend of $500 in June or $600 for statement cycle, eh this min spend thing is tricky, where are u in this?
I dun have problem as I hold back until July 1, hahaha
I just checked my statement dated today 15 Jul. Met both spending requirement $500 in 15-30 Jun and $600 in 15Jun to 14 Jul. Got 6% for all my grocery spending in Jun, 7% for online
How much rebates u getting? Wouldn't it be maxed out in this latest statement?

not everyone might maxed out the monthly rebate
unless u got fixed stuff/amount u need to swipe
They sent out a letter informing of the changes.
You didn't receive it?
