i waited a couple of hours before for some transactions, some were immediate...looks like those who did their transaction today are not getting the SMSes?

I called CSO earlier. CSO said :
1) no report from cardholders about not receiving SMS today,
2) did not hear anything from internal whether 40k angpow redeemed &
3) not aware if there was technical glitch
As i did not have specific pending transaction, CSO cculd not help me further.
Those with pending eligible purchase but did not get SMS, do call CSO so they can investigate ... thanks.
