All along students are taught if facing any issues or problem in school, look for teacher. And obviously the teacher did not see the urgency of it and adopted a wait and see.

Using slurs to fight back consider mild already. My wife taught my gal to kick the bully kuku bird if Kanna bully then report to teacher.

According to the above user, he/she claims that MOE and the school sent a statement to radio stations that the bullied student was also at fault and contributed to the whole incident.
