The last time I walked from MRT to Park Central took about 15 mins FYI. You can decide if that is near or far

hey.... did anyone noticed that for this upcoming Sep AMK BTO, the plot of land that it will be built on is actually the carpark in front of blk 584 . Its like sandwiched in between blk 584 and park central. I guess the price range for a 4rm might be around $385,000 to $495,000

I can't wait for the SBF to launch next week.
Will be applying in Punggol area (hopefully)

Applied a unit in Punggol for July BTO but received big&fat number so trying my luck in SBF.

Anyone applying in Punggol too?

they will be launching teh Sep BTO on 27sep, together with Sep SBF

another trick is HDB deadline for submission is on every Tuesday.
So it shld be either Wed(26) or Thur(27) heheh. Timing not sure. It can be after midnight or sometime launch ard 2pm onwards.

Anyway the site that is near CTE for AMK isn't bad as well.. Come down will be shops and eatery already.
Beside still have park and near CTE for those who drive. and its 2-3 bus stops from interchange. i Felt that 1 is a better catch then the 1 near MRT due to the noise from the main roads man..

amk bto price already "out" slightly less than Kallang May bto. no need to guess. starting alrady more than 500k. however it is still a good buy. next bishan flat in the making
