Yes. 1 is 5 yrs and the other is 6 years. Very enthu about amk till I see this info... Father if 2 kids. Big turn off.. Next better alternative kallang I think? Any suggestion. Did not do homework for the other btos. Sianzzzzzzzzzz

Last time is first come ,first serve which mean 1st and 2nd timer is the same by given queue number and now is totally different

The ballot system is by luck also more chance to 1st timer...and like lucky draw by ballot...

think AMK will be oversubscribe.. the pricing for Teck Ghee Parkview I think is alright.
Longer completion date maybe due to the vicinity area need to do some arrangement for the construction to begin bah. It also good for first time; younger couples to build up on their CPF and saving be4 collection of key!!! =D
