Yes. Floor plan given with measurements. Also there will be door frame even if we didn't opt in. So we just buy doors and fix them ourselves.

Will most likely be doing my own co-ordination for reno so probably will have to purchase my own doors. Hopefully there will be "free installation".

will u all fix solid door for the 2 toilet ? ...current my old flat both the bed room are soild door. i feel put in the current bto toilet are better becos common toilet one is facing the common bedroom.

Hi all,

I have selected my unit and submitted all required docs for HLE loan, HDB is currently still processing. However, I would like to know for the AHG status, there is no difference in the status before and after submitting the docs. But we did made it clear to the HDB officer during the selection, that we want to opt for the AHG grant. I am wondering when will they process the AHG request? Any idea how long it would take? Also, is it true that those opting for AHG grant would be scheduled a later date to sign the lease agreement compared to those that did not opt/qualify for it?

If I opt out of the kitchen partition wall, can I build my own partition wall at a later date?

This is cus I thinking to 'expand' my kitchen by building the partition abit further then the one provided by HDB

If both bathroom doors are facing each other then u might wan to get solid door or PD doors.

The usual homogenous beige with timber skirting the bathrooms all white with beige brown floor tiles, kitchen wall white floor tog with yard dark brown. The walls tiles are all shiny type I would prefer Matt. Choice of colors I guess hdb designers ran out of ideas for TP. Am ok with the white tiles they chose for the baths as I am one who like white bathrooms

Same lah... me only 100k with 26 yr tenure for HLE.

Just an indication only....

2nd HLE or LOA will be reassessed during possession of keys.

As far as I know, you will be given the AHG Request Form when you book a flat and must complete the request form by the given deadline.

My frd who applied for AHG, said HDB will take about 1-2 mths time to access his eligibility for the AHG after he has successfully booked a flat during the selection appointment with the submission of all relevant income documents. After which they will sign the lease of agreement.
