Actually, waterway view is within walking distance to Oasis LRT if is not separate by the waterway. Anyone have reliable info that there is a bridging from waterway view to directly cross over to oasis LRT?

There's an existing Wave Bridge linking that. You can refer to the photo I posted in the facebook page.

Yes, u can always apply. Even if u give up nov bto also, u can also apply as a second timer

But I read on hdb website they said about being prohibited to apply for 1 year if reject? What's is that?

That is if you had chosen a unit and then cancel it later. Then u will b subjected to one year ban from applying.

wonder if i select a flat after applying for this bto. but i got a que numer for this and cancel the selected unit forfeit the option fee.. still can choose for this or tio ban frm choosing?

Once u book a unit, all other application would be close off i believe..

Once select flat and paid option fees, any cancellation will cause hdb to ban you from applying any new flats, dbss & ec for the next one yr started from date of cancellation. For 1st timer, your accumulated chances for balloting will also set to zero.

before u pay option fees, you will be asked to sign a form to cancel the other bto that u had applied.

You should know the Q number by end of Oct. Selection Date will be known on early Nov.

Based on jul bto, results out 3 wks later.. If follow jul time frame, Maybe sep bto result wld be on 25 Oct?
