Based on jul bto, results out 3 wks later.. If follow jul time frame, Maybe sep bto result wld be on 25 Oct?

iirc, July bto result was out on 6th sept, so that is more den 3 weeks already.

Ya lor. Same also for this mth bto liao. Already written in the application that result will be out early nov.

Finally back to first timer status, but not interested in the areas for nov bto, might try SOBF sengkang or punggol if there is any..

But it's not the midnight of 2nd Oct but instead midnight of 1st Oct since 2nd Oct is just going to start or what we call early morning of 2nd Oct..

Today is the last day for flat applications!

I'm actually quite surprised to see that the application rate for 5 room @ Punggol is so much higher than that of 4 rooms. Thought that more people will go for 4 room cos of SHG.

First timer rate for 4 room is 1.3 so far, hopefully can get a good number this time round

Standard BTO is also okay for me, except I don't really like the location of Maltida Edge, haha.

Well seems like first timer rate is quite reasonable this time round (Maltida Portico in March had a rate of 2.8) so let's all pray hard for a good number!
