for waterway, except the balcony and water view, nothing else stand out already. from what i know, ppl love balcony for sure!

anyway waterway balcony unit is same size as non balcony unit. so it mean the balcony eat into the living space.

the balcony at the master bed room, looks interesting.

Better make a phone call to HDB to check how to make the amendment. Once submitted the form cannot make changes online.

I agree, maltida got much more amenities such as shop houses and eating place.. if no car and stay at waterway view i think quite jia lat..

To punggol mrt also far, beside the view arent really that great.. unless can see the sea..

but yea, the balcony is the only stand out point

It's a Premium Longkang worx..Not standard huan..

Yea. Another plus point for matilda is that there will be a mall built at the end of punggol field near the reservoir. Walking distance from the matilda bto.

With the option of having a balcony looking at the premium longkang

with the premium long kang, for sure there is certain open space for your unit. that only few precious stack you can choose if you are lucky! but still it not the unit that faces the sea... though i dun like that sea area...

like i mention,other than the balcony, that location is one of the out skirt area you can get in punggol, though more bto coming up there.

3 room premium and standard have different income ceiling requirement, so have to be separated.

I noticed Verandah have less usable space than Waterway View for 5 rm flat. The space of the corridor that leading to masterbedroom is unuable as you are unlikely to place anything there. Waterway View has a much shorter corridor compared to Verandah.
