Also hope that it's next Friday, 1 Nov but I guess the following Friday, 8 Nov seems more likely since 2 Nov is Deepavali.

Anybody can giv me idea when shld i apply for the HLE?

Have apply for the sep'13 BTO, but no idea when shld i apply for HLE. If apply now is it too late? TIA:)

Hello! Actually you can start to apply HLE now cos need awhile to process (I think 2-3 weeks) but prepare all your documents first (payslips etc) cos one week after application is the dateline to submit all documents so prepare first!

I applied for my HLE before the BTO, my friend say just apply since its free anyway and valid for 3 months :)

You can apply now or even before ur 1st appt to select a unit so that u have a rough gauge of the current loan amt..

But definitely needed before 2nd appt which is the signing of LA..

i not tell you it is the best method, but there are alot of loan option, from credit card company and bank (legal one), to lend you some small cash. calculate your risk and plan properly.

anyway it could be 1-3month later thing unless you got super Q number, start saving now.

apply when you confirm your q number. i think it is the best time.
