It has natural and dynamic mode. Mine was taken in natural mode. I think your Xiaomi pic white balance is too cool to compensate for the warm light which is prevalent in the Buddha tooth relic temple. Sharp retains the mood and colour better. The Xiaomi also brings out more of the shadows which makes it look flatter and less contrasty than the Sharp. So the Sharp pics look like it was taken with a camera rather than a phone, like Sony Xperia. While pics taken with other brands like pixel, iphone and Samsung, tend to raise midtones and shadows a lot to achieve that HDR look, which I feel does not look so nice as it makes pictures look flat and washed out.
if sharp so punchy in natural than not a mobile camera i need liao
The Sharp sometimes get it wrong also. For eg. The pic below has a too cool white balance as it struggled to balance with the warm light inside.
that's too cool white? omg my eyes getting worst :(

Ya it's too cool. Can see the red has a tinge of purple because the red mixed with the cool white balance.

I played with the demo set just now and somehow I feel I like the physical feel of the r9 instead.

Maybe I'm spoilt by sony but disappointed that r9 pro didn't have a telescope lens

The photos look really good and something out of a traditional camera.

The YTF stall and temple photo is a great example. Modern phones always perfectly exposes the shot, while this captures the "feel".

Might be interesting to try... but really pricey for the procesor though!

Yea the processing is very mature. Glad Sharp has taken the camera approach instead of smartphone approach when it comes to processing the photos. Nowadays most phones produce too HDRish photos which make pics look flat and soulless.
