hi all, if i buy a qoo10 Store Credit from Shopback, does it considered online purchase by DBS fresh live card?

As what i know is Graypay top up by a credit card is not considered an online purchase

hi, buying qoo10 store credit in shopback app considered mcc? chat with customer service in live chat before, she asked me to buy first, only she can confirm whether there is a cashback.


Anyway, last time used m1 app to pay the bill by DBS fresh live card considered online purchase, how about now? Any change?

Not yet. It takes a few days for the 5% to show up in SB.
The funny thing is within a min I bought the vouchers with SCB card, my previous SCB 3% cashback becomes redeemable.
Is this coincidence or redeemable only upon next purchase

Just under "Lifetime earnings"
There is a green box cashback updates with a bell symbol. U click on it, it shows itemized cashback "TRACKED" / "REDEEMABLE"

When I bought vouchers yesterday, there was almost immediate pop up "Redeemable" notification (additional credit card cashback) for my previous purchase of same voucher.

So far, I haven't try tallying "available" with "confirmed" cashback
Recently I wonder if cashback is added correctly. It seems my Available (for withdrawal) is not moving much tho there are quite a few becoming Confirmed but my Pending earning is reducing

Edit: my pending cashback tallies with Total Pending Earnings. Less than 2pages, easy to add up.

yah, my pending tallies too ... that's the easy one to check

iirc, the itemised list within the Bell icon (ie notifications) is not the definitive list of redeemable cash back ... i cant recall where i read this or it was from the CSO

i think i was once told to look only at the "CashBack Activity"

have to monitor closely

agree, they always pending even after due date (for my decathlon ,etc) and later in the end they said sorry we only paid if merchant paid. WTF

Has anyone gotten cashback before from MyProtein and Lookfantastic? I order twice from each website, both times (4 times total) all fail to track even though I activated the browser extension before checkout. I appeal and they just claim the orders weren't tracked properly =(

Out of the blue, Challenge $1.50 for "Shop on 4 stores" is TRACKED. It has been hanging as Completed, Reward Pending since last Nov
I did a Shopee purchase thru SB last night .... not sure if the two are related. Really don't know SB works
