anybody repasted the cpu for m75q? does it help in temps? or stick to the OEM paste?
In my experience with repasting Lenovo ThinkPad and Ideapad laptops, it will not help in dropping temps. However, it may help improve the boost clock speed to some extent. Ultimately, the heatsink will soak up enough heat to reach the same temp.

I believe the power usage is actually higher than 65W with the higher end CPUs. The review shows that at max load, the system with the Ryzen 5 is pulling in 68W, and that is assuming that you are not connecting additional components to the USB ports, other than mouse and keyboard. So a 90W power adapter is actually the best bet. But considering the 90W and the 135W is only 2 to 3 bucks difference, no reason to go with the 90W.

Anyway, I figured that my order did not go through for some strange reason. I saw the confirmation screen after completing the credit card OTP screen, but was thinking why I did not get an email to confirm the order. When I checked "my orders" in my account, I don't find that order. Strange...
Oh ic..... I'm thinking of getting those USB C 65W or 100W charger or connect it to my Dell U2720Q monitor with 90w output.

By right the confirmation email will be available soon after you had placed your order and there will be history of your order in your account.
Unless you had login to another account, eg Normal and Lenovo Pro account is using same ID and Password.(Can view cart saved but not order)
Or try checking your Junk mail or CC is there a pending charge amount.

You can't charge via Type C if I am not wrong. The system is using the slim type connector and not type C for power. I got a 90W charger for my dad's unit that I got at the start of the year because he likes to connect quite a few USB devices to it.

I did not check my email immediately. Its only after lunch when I tried looking for it then I realized that the order did not go through. I recall seeing the confirmation of order completion, but strangely the order did not go through for both the M75Q Gen 2 and the charger.

How much does that cost? Might be a good alternative since its easier to change USB Type C charger. However the cost of a good 90 to 100W type C charger may be higher than the 30+ I paid for the 135W.

The Tip I bought from Shopee around $6 to $8, couldn't recalled.
The 135W is definitely cheaper but bigger lol

That's ok man. While its bigger, I am not going to move it around like I do with a laptop. =)

Anyway for those interested in the system, it seems like Lenovo have disabled the codes, i.e. you get an error that the code expired. I think even the 10% codes are deactivated.

I tried it this morning on my phone and laptop. Can’t get it to apply. Keeps telling me the code expired.
Update: Code seems to be working again.

This is absurd man. It’s a 5 months wait... I know Lenovo’s inventory is very low, but 5 months wait for a PC is unacceptable.

In the Lenovo thread and I think reddit, some mention wifi card shortage is part of the delay when most of us assume it's AMD or Nvidia.
Might ask for cancelation and go for intel 11th Gen with Thunderbolt

Actually the Wifi card is mostly from Intel. So not sure if switching to Intel system will help. Best to call Lenovo CS and inquire of the expected delivery date before cancelling.

Just bought maibenben recently and immediately downloaded avast and malwarebytes to scan. Just a paranoid habit of mine. Avast didn't find anything but malwarebytes detected 4x PUP.optional.Ludashi so just sharing with everyone here to scan your mini-pc upon receiving. Not very happy with this as I do not have any files on it at all.

Did you reinstall OS, and are you using the SSD that came with it? I did not manage to find anything because I immediately removed and sold the SSD. Installed my own SSD and performed a clean OS installation. I am also somewhat paranoid, that’s why I prefer a clean slate.
