windows 8 got 2 bulit-in format
1 is a fast 'format' where all files (excluding drivers and essential system files) are erased or a slow 'format' where it's being restored to factory settings

Download the win8 files into either ISO or desktop.
Done.

windows 8 is just as fast as 7. just ignore the tile crap and use the desktop normally.

all MS office 2010 works properly.
