Yes, she did attend the interview.

cool seems like quite a bit of people attended interview. i just learned of one guy ... 7 points for LNAT .. got invited for interview ..

so maybe LNAT result is not conclusive of being invited for interview or not

Maybe he or she has good qualifications and experience to make up for 7 LNAT score.

I guess SIM is being holistic about the admission, so perhaps LNAT is not the main determinant. Maybe the candidate with 7 points for LNAT wrote a piece of very persuasive letter during the application stage, and wrote well for the essay too.

letter ? essay ? dont think so... candidates are only required to submit a personal statement during the application stage. unlike NUS, SMU .. there was no pre-admission essay topic for candidates to express their views on selected topics.

anyway.. just a few more days before a conclusive results is obtained. lets just see then

Yeah, I meant personal statement. I stand corrected. During the LNAT, there is a section on essay.

I do not recall NUS had a pre-admission essay writing segment though. It was interview, followed by a written test. The written test also had an essay section.

Good luck to the candidates, and you too (if you are a candidate too!).

nah ... I am not a candidate .. but I have vested interest.

During LNAT ... Section B is essay ... that I agree. for NUS, when I went through the selection, I remember having to do a written topic before the interview. but again that is a while back.
