To topup simba through Qoo10, is it renew plan or can topup the wallet? I have failed to topup wallet and have yet to try renew plan through qoo10. Anyone using qoo10 to renew plan? Is it only can renew plan when the renew plan button in app is activated?

Hi everyone, I'm heading to Greece and Italy this coming May. Wondering if anyone managed to connect to Simba roaming partners over there?

Seems like now DiGi network also VoLTE supported..

Previously only Celcom can support VoLTE but their latest 23 Feb updated list stated DiGi supporting VoLTE too..

For SuperRoam MY, payment is every 3 months and not monthly?

130GB local data + 10GB MY roaming data is monthly?

To terminate Simba line, must go down to office?

Thanks. :)

Hi, anybody roam in Germany before, how's the roam service there?

Sent from NNNPNT !

Some countries can call using the dialer no problem (eg Malaysia on Yes). Most other countries can call using the Simba Voice app (tried in Italy, France, Germany, UK)

I can tell you for France it works great and for Germany almost great (sometimes the network connection drops and it takes a few hours and magically reappears but for this year now it is pretty reliable in Germany too.

BTW: I think it wasn't mentioned here before... For SIMBA PREPAID plans you only get the 1GB roaming traffic allowance in your billing cycle and then you are offline with no chance to purchase any more allowance. You will have to wait for your next billing cycle to get more roaming data.
If you are on the SIMBA POSTPAID plan, you can purchase extra roaming allowance as described here in the forum earlier.

Hi, am unable to find the Vendor on Qoo10 for SIMBA top up. Can anyone post and share the link to it? Thanks.
How about Shopee, any reliable Vendors doing Top-up to recommend? TIA!

Not sure if anyone replied, but I'll answer this.

1. Yes, payment for SuperRoam MY is every 90 days. There is no 30 days option.

2. Yes, every 30 days your data/call minute/SMS allowance will be refreshed to 130GB/10GB/etc.

3. If you don't want your phone number, just email them this form(https://www.simba.sg/static/media/Account-Termination-Acknowledgement-Form 02032022.a37ea02e.pdf) to terminate/don't make payment at all (but it will keep trying to charge your credit card every day for about 1 month straight). If you still want your phone number, just port out to another telco about a week before the next renewal to prevent getting charged the following month. (++ If you port out within 30 days of plan activation, you will get charged an additional $30)
