Folks,

A port-in failure question due to mismatched ID.

So, after corrected the mismatched ID with the port-out telco.

Do I have to inform SIMBA or SIMBA system will keep trying automatically the next business day/night?

No lah. Asking on behalf of my friend who blur blur port from StarHub to SIMBA and received email that her port in to SIMBA failed due to mismatched ID.

After checking for her. Her StarHub ID was using old EP ID, and now she is a PR. So, mismatched EP Id and NRIC.. :ROFLMAO: 🤦‍♂️

Why using SIMBA when calling HDB Sales/ Resale Customer Service Line: 1800-866-3066 always cut-off? Now using landline then can get through 😲

Android rocks!

Anyway, it might be a telco configuration message to you iPhone! Nothing to worry! Just ignore! 😬😏

There's something wrong with this number.
I used both Singtel and SIMBA line to call, both also "Call Failed"
I used SIMBA to call 1800 3396666 (POSB), No issue.

Ok. Never mind, maybe the line is flood with calls due to the current BTO/SBF application. Today is last day of application. Maybe I try calling tomorrow if it is ok.

Ok, now after office hrs, it is ok, call can go through. So confirm HDB fault 😕

Yes, received about 2-3 wks ago, a few times in a day. Then Google gave me some solutions, I decided to power off/on my phone. Since then only encountered once.

The message appeared suddenly and disappeared in a split of a second, so initially not sure what was it until I one day finally managed to screenshot it. No idea what is it, so never click Accept/ Cancel.

Does Simba charges recurring top up to linked payment card? I don't recall authorising recurring charge to my payment card but there was a charge in the morning today. For strange reason, the charge didn't appear aa top up in my Simba wallet immediately and it has not shown up after 10 hrs.
Is this normal? Or i had encountered fradulent transaction in my payment card?
