Yes.
Some line from government sector can't dial through to TPG mobile .
If old folks is using mobile then choose a better ISP

Does anyone have any experience how long does it take TPG to reply email? Or do they not do it? :s13:

Anyone knows why? Last time SCB bank also cant call in (guess it was because scb cs is in malaysia)

Last time many landlines, Singtel and M1 lines also couldnt get through. But now has improved a lot already.

There is nothing much we can do to change it.
If this mobile number have frequent important calls.
Then better go for other ISP .

The probable answer lies in your last sentence.

I raised an issue with them on 24th May and followed up multiple times with one response but no solution yet.

I suspect they have defined their TAT in their SLA's in months rather than days or hours. They are adhering to their rule book. :D

Has anyone been billed yet? It's been a month already and I don't see any debit on my credit card.
