Their billing system and CS support are in such a mess now, I won't expect much from them but just don't go overboard.
Check when your payable account was due to start (June, July, or August) then just count the number of months they should charge.
TPG is postpaid account, right? If so, their charge should be the beginning of the month/period, not end.
Any extras beyond that then yes, I'd approach the credit card issuer or bank if they still don't reply with a clear picture of the charges, or IMDA if they're already charging but the SIM card is still not activated and again, none of them is replying.
I was just reading their FB posts. Some users are asking about underground connection at a time like this, when it's already a known fact for so many months that TPG has only bare underground/tunnel connection. AND, it's not a good time to rely solely on TPG connection unless one can do without a mobile phone line.
One user even ported his line to TPG and brought it overseas, then realized he couldn't connect to the foreign network.
