All my 4G phones dated 2018 and older cannot get voice or volte tpg.

So only way last year 2019 i upgraded to new OPPO reno and finally I get the Volte Tpg.

So lousy? Even my Xiaomi Mi A1 dated back in 2017 can use TPG VoLTE, my Oneplus 6 dated 2018 also can use TPG VoLTE. ;)

Wah. I got charged 3 days in a row for TPG $10 subscription.
I worry it is fraud from TPG using my card to pay other people.

Their billing system and CS support are in such a mess now, I won't expect much from them but just don't go overboard.

Check when your payable account was due to start (June, July, or August) then just count the number of months they should charge.

TPG is postpaid account, right? If so, their charge should be the beginning of the month/period, not end.

Any extras beyond that then yes, I'd approach the credit card issuer or bank if they still don't reply with a clear picture of the charges, or IMDA if they're already charging but the SIM card is still not activated and again, none of them is replying.

I was just reading their FB posts. Some users are asking about underground connection at a time like this, when it's already a known fact for so many months that TPG has only bare underground/tunnel connection. AND, it's not a good time to rely solely on TPG connection unless one can do without a mobile phone line.

One user even ported his line to TPG and brought it overseas, then realized he couldn't connect to the foreign network. :s22:

realli wonder how tpg charges?

so far maximum should be $30 correct?

aug 1x

last night charge me once in morning once at night .....no invoice also

Mine converted in july, so should max at 2x10 right?

They charged me in july alr

postpaid -> use first, pay later.

prepaid -> pay first.

if charge beginning of the month, it is prepaid.

Please tell me when did the MNOs and MVNOs tell us to use first and pay later?

Afaik, it's always pay for subscription first, excess usage charge the next bill. Please go and read your bills before you say that.

I am using singtel, they deduct $$ from my account 3 weeks after billing period.

e.g for last month

bill date : 29/7
bill period: 24/6-23/7
deduct from bank 12/8

for IDD call, roaming..etc you should know, nobody need to pay first before using.

That's considered excess usages, not within your plan bundle.

Within your plan bundle one, and any VASes, will be charged upfront. This is standard practice for almost all operators here.

That's what TPG is doing now. They're clearing backlog of charges AND charging upfront. Many don't understand and think they're being overcharged.

I am on the free plan, if I don't want to be on the $10 plan, can I just not do anything? Then will it automatically cancel?

Why TPG charge me 2x $10 today?

How to clarify with TPG? The web tpg account has no invoice history. I can't check myself.

At least sent us an invoice. No invoice, no email, very bad le..
