S10 supports Volte right? so no need to use tpg app, just enable volte

I have used TPG’s Prepaid and the data connection seems promising to me. I stayed at the west and the speed is faster than Singtel’s network, getting about 120mbps download speed and about 4-10mbps for upload speed on my iPhone 7.

I currently have a plan to switch my plan from Grid Mobile to TPG $10 plan or M1’s $17 Promo Plan. As a victim of M1 connection before, I am hesitant to return back to their company network, especially those 0.54mbps speed… thus, I would like to check, if anyone uses TPG as their primary line here? Is it reliable except for MRT? Like normal scanning SafeEntry at shopping malls and the signal for the ground level etc…

TPG is my main and only SIM card. It is well for me so far and I occasionally use it as a hot-spot when I work outside. At $10 per month, the value is very hard to beat. I never have to worry about data busting. The 1 GB per month of overseas data will be very useful as I will travel to Johor again when the travel ban is lifted.

Why don't you stop using your current main and focus on using TPG prepaid for a month to see if it works for you?

U can receive bank/govt OTP SMS? Which teleco you port from? I thinking hard whether to port my singtel main number over or not... Paying 35 a month.

I have no issue at all in receiving OTP SMS via my $10/month TPG SIM card. It works wonder for me since I'm driving and rarely use MRT :D

I ported from Grid Mobile as it was a bit more expensive and the data was a bit lesser, but it is still a great plan nonetheless as its coverage is definitely better than TPG.

Prepaid and postpaid all same price and same bundles, why would one go for postpaid unless one is doing porting?
