Yes free incoming calls and SMS.
That's 50 outgoing SMS per month.
Most people don't use SMS for communication anyway, 50 per month is alr quite decent.

Unlimited Calls to most/all +658 and +659 numbers. Is that not obvious when it's talking about "local mobile"?

I guess have to switch to another mvno/telco than switch back to tpg again. troublesome.

Might as well pay $25 for another line for SIMBA SuperRoam line, then cancel after you're back. At least won't put your main line at risk.

Thanks all. Was thinking of switching between the $10 and $25 plan for the month that I travel overseas so as to have more overseas data for that month.
Would anyone know if the switch between plans is straight forward and convenient online or do I have to do it at a branch?

I suppose it's a question of how much roaming data you need for that month.

$10 plan comes with 1GB of roaming data
$25 plan comes with 10GB of roaming data

ie, you need to use 5GB of roaming data before you actually have any savings with the $25 plan. Honestly, if you require that much roaming data, you're probably better off getting a local pre-paid card.

Do also note that the monthly 'free' data applies only to certain countries. Some notable exceptions are Canada, China, and most Middle East & African countries

Another option would be just go ahead with "pay-as-you-use"; $4/GB for Group A countries (57nos)

$24 will buy you 6GB

Take note that the phone battery like draining more on TPG.

I got both the TPG and Vivifi. Vivifi observed to be normal but not TPG..

TPG is much better right now.
as signal drop, your phone will go into searching mode, this will eat up more battery.

coverage on m1 might be worst than tpg!

Same usage pattern, maybe the data connection on my tpg not consistent hence draining more battery.

I believe some users pointed out before, it's a similar observation.

TPG confirm have been draining my battery because i was using Zero1 before this Singtel network overnight sleep phone no touch only drop 2% but now on TPG overnight wake up will drop about 8%-10%

FYI my iphone battery health is same 93% when in Zero1 and now and been using TPG for 2 months.

TPG on poco f3, overnight drop 0.5% per hr for me. iPhone should be better imo. u probably have some background activities running. Do turn on DND when sleeping to reduce battery usage.

Yes after i realised i turn to airplane npw at night and go on wifi hahaha and it went back to only 2% drop.
