Thanks for the response and help. Just so we are on the same page, Simba/TPG is not a MVNO, it is the 4th telco in SG with its own network. And yes I had been on Circleslife, GOMO, MyRepublic, Giga. None was such a painful process like this one
Now, I also dont find any options in the Simba app that allows linking of credit cards except topping the wallet. Am I missing out on anything?
And I have to agree the service isn't the best and can be frustrating to find answers sometimes. No proper instructions for collecting the sim, no email notifications. Hence i think this place could be a source for answers, which is sad for a telco.
