Did you check on app or website that your account is still active? If your billing cycle is 3 Feb, when was the previous payment date? Should be last Friday or Saturday right?I tried on 3 mobile phones and it did not work. Can I just have a quick check it is not required to top up the account in order to have telco signal right since it did work previously. I took the sim out for a few months as I was not using them and the signal didn't return even I insert it on the mobile that was working fine previously.
If last payment was successful, check on app or website that your 1GB roaming data is still available. If your monthly allocation of 1GB roaming data already fully utilized, you will need to top up your account and have positive $ balance before they let you continue to roam with charge.
