I share my experience with you.

I have no problem in receiving the signal, be it weak or strong at home and in the lift. However, when i walk down the staircase, the signal cut off. This doesn't happen always but quite often. I change phone the issue still there.

I visited a supermarket during new year eve, while queuing up for payment, the signal cut off. Restart phone still can't help. Only when walk out of that supermarket than the signal will connect back. This is my usual patronized place. It doesn't happen before.

What I conclude is that their system has not able to cope with customer base. The signal emitting station is not optimal for their customer base.

The plan is cheap, so you pay for what you get.

This is MyRepublic issue that I don’t think SIMBA can do anything about.

MyRepublic is making everything even more confusing now with their 4G M1 and 5G StarHub plans.

Previously there's even 4G StarHub plans, which is why the MyRepublic option is latched to StarHub automatically.

Though yes, it would be easier if SIMBA remove the MyRepublic option outright, and request customer to go to the shop directly to apply for new line for MyRepublic customers specifically.

tell customer to show e bill, remove SIM card to see if it is M1 (IMSI: 52503, ICCID: 896503) or StarHub (IMSI: 52505, ICCID: 896505).
Just an update. Today morning successfully port in already. Till now no issue. Maybe SIMBA realized the issue and improved on port in process.

Porting is managed and done by an "independent" 3rd party vendor. :s13: The telcos just submit the request with the required data. It's the vendor that actually does it or rejects.

Sorry but couldn't find this info. Does Simba give any notice if data roam limit is reached? Trying to max it out before switching to local sim

anyone know how many seniors plan can one subscribe under 1 IC?
i think singapore max limit for sim card sub is 3 only (for prepaid card). this is to ensure people don't abuse the sim to sub for another or someone use the other IC to sub sim card. if need sub more than 3 i think they need to verify or fill form or something like that. last time no limit one but later many bangla go sub for illegal or some illegal people use bangla ic to sub and sell to another illegal user

but this simba is postpaid right? but work like prepaid top up so i also don't know. LOL.

Got one time i forgot to top up 1 day after expiry date but the line never cut off then i faster top and it still can work.

Prepaid SIM limit is 3 per person. Don’t think there’s any form to lift limit, this is centralised facility that’s not controlled by any of the MNOs.

previously the prepaid sim limit was 10 per NRIC, not unlimited btw.

SIMBA SIM Only Plans are all Postpaid, I alr replied earlier on how many lines a customer can apply.

Prepaid sim limit is only applicable for SIMBA PREPAID 50GB plan.

Search Carousell for "space cards" if you want those. Just whether the govt will come knocking your door, I'm not sure.
太空卡 = space cards :ROFLMAO:
$50 per card, good incentive for those beng mobile phone shops to steal the personal info of their customers.
