Ok. I can't find the option to choose in simba app to change the payment card.

Does anyone here knows where to find it?
Login to Simba via web browser.
Select Profile and you will be able to see the Payment Details and payment method.

Simba speed is actually good enough and normal in most locations.

For example, I was getting a 78/4 at Kuan Ing Temple. Another one was even better, 85/6 in a coffeshop at Geylang East.

Everything is loading fast and smooth on mobile.

I can get 170 down at home. Also many places more than 150M down
Wow! That's really amazing!

That's why, SIMBA signal and coverage are actually quite good one if you are at the right place, most places, in that context! :)

turn on roaming and auto log in to cellcom fuss free..

https://support.simba.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4487030435481-How-can-I-be-roam-ready-
48 hr wait is not valid anymore for port in ..

Please ensure that your SIMBA SIM is slotted into your mobile device at least 48 hours before leaving Singapore, to allow your SIM to be updated with the latest roaming profile.
ah, this, actually the sim card is first plug in when i at Malaysia.
cause i port the simcard and directly go to Malaysia already.
any way i can set it in Malaysia?

To check if your SIM is updated with latest roaming profile and ready to roam, simply SMS 3 to 1218. This step must be done before leaving Singapore.

Anyway i can test this in Malaysia?

It's slowly and gradually improving since the TPG days. It's slowly establishing itself It's name.

Simba ping is also noticeable quicker than starhub and singtel.

Ya! As I said before!

I used to get "No Network" sound alert (I manual select SIMBA,. No Auto scan network) occasionally at home but since 2 or 3 months ago, it has never happened and I can see the speed has increase significantly as well compared to 6 months ago!

as mentioned previously this is not valid if you do a port in "simply SMS 3 to 1218". Roaming is auto enabled when you port in as per my check with SIMBA agent last week or so.

Put your sim card in 2nd slot if android ? why need to go malaysia then enable sim ?
