Read your SIMBA's PDF. Your allocations are not affected till 30 days has past.

Plan renewal for the next cycle shall happen at the end of Day 30 of your current cycle. You shall be charged for this renewal on Day 26.

Simba superRoam can treat like travel sim card? Sign up, get new number, use for 30 days and throw away the sim card afterwards ??

Going to KR + JP this yr, the $20 10gb 30 days roaming plan seems like the best deal out there.

throw away after 30 days ? This is not a prepaid plan but post paid plan

Ok. So is normal lah. They didn't charge me twice in a month

For postpaid Simba, if not link to a credit card. I believe if don't make payment at 30days then the line will be cancel automatically. Is this correct? No need to write in termination??

Tried all means to raise the issue to SIMBA via FB, email, walk-in to Kaki Bukit CSC. Reach out to them so many times still zero response after so long. Time to escalate via IMDA ADR liao.

anyone here top up simba wallet more than $20 during NDP promo? Like $40 or $100, and have you all received your free credits.

Is it one shot $10, $15, or by batches of $5, $5?

I topped $20 on 9/8 , $20 was in within 1 to 2 hours, $5 no sign yet. Anyone have same experience? Thanks.
