How do I check in the simba app if my cc details is in the app? Cldnt find it anywhere..

signed up online and paid $10.50 with my cc when i selected the 200gb plan. i will presume the cc details is somewhere in my account but i cldnt find it.

If you input your Credit Card info when you Ported over, then deduction will be from there.

To update your Credit Card use this link - password is the one you input during Porting over.

You delete the airpod from bluetooth then pair again

Bluetooth nothing to do with mobile network
Thank you for your update. I successfully resolved the issue. Indeed it has nothing to do with the network.
Out of curiosity, and I might be mistaken, I noticed that SIMBA's network filtration might not be very robust. Several times at a coffee shop in Bukit Batok, I experienced long delays in loading Lazada and Shopee pages. Similarly, at a residence in West Toa Payoh, loading the POSB App, especially its investment section, only occurred when I moved to an open space. Lastly, I believe there might be a network issue in basement carparks, I only received the road directory message I sent from my mobile phone, after leaving the basement carpark. Anyway, I am just sharing my observations as a new user. Thanks.

yes, it is well known simba network is the worst compared to the other 3, and has overall poorer coverage and slow speed throughout Singapore. But we cant say bad things in Simba thread. people will get angry. Somemore, simba plans are the best value of any telco, (if you travel overseas) we have to come with a compromise.
Agreed, cannot possibly be cheap and good and fast, something got to give.

Best way is to transfer the line to your mum's name first, then go to Simba to apply new line and port over. (I assume your mum is getting the $5 senior plan)

IMHO.
I use Simba 5G as hotspot.
Over the past many weeks, I will sure to experience temporary disconnection from HWZ.
Also, experience temporary disconnect from the internet.
Then I will switch over the Singtel MVNO 5G.
I must then remember to switch back to Simba 5G the next day.

I really don't know how to troubleshoot like that.
I am just relating my experience.

as said by yusoffb01, yes it is a DNS issue. At some spots SIMBA throughput is very good (speedtest can get 100M+), but some app or some websites won't load.
If cannot, can use cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 app to do a free DNS change

Yes, it's definitely a DNS issue. I traced it to a IPv6 DNS (not responding) issue.

So on Android, in APN settings, I change the APN protocol from IPv4/IPv6 to IPv4 only and it has been a lot more stable.

Thank you for your response. I'm not tech-savvy. I've come across the 1.1.1.1 app for iOS phones, and there are three options. I assume I should choose option No. 1? Before I proceed, I apologize for asking, but I'm concerned it might cause issues with my iPhone, and I may not be able to troubleshoot if things go wrong. Thank you very much.
  1. Use 1.1.1.1 resolver
    2606:4700:4700::1111
    2606:4700:4700::1001
  2. Block malware with 1.1.1.1 for FamiliesBlock malware and
  3. adult content with 1.1.1.1 for Families
  4. Select Save.

If you use 1.1.1.1 app on iPhone, it’s very straightforward and nothing can go wrong. In your app you have 3 modes: 1.1.1.1, wrap, wrap+. Just use the 1.1.1.1 app.
after use, just turn it off. No settings will be changed on your phone

Hi gaoqikai, thanks, pardon my ignorance, you mentioned "after use, just turn it off" seems like it is not permanently and each time when I use any APP, I need to launch it? Thanks.

it is running as a VPN service, but different from other VPN services, it only redirect your DNS queries, not others.
It is a phone-wide global service, so once you turn on the VPN, all DNS queries on your phone will go through it.
What I mean for "turn it off" is that when you want to use this VPN, you go to the VPN app and turn it on. It will be on forever if you don't turn it off. Once you feel like don't need VPN anymore, you go and turn it off.
