Plans you can change to/ switch
I tried to read this table / matrix many times and found it to be in a uncommon, less-readable order>

People might expect to read a matrix from X axis first, then Y axis. But if in this way, you will find if you are on the $10.5 (200GB (O)) plan, you cannot change to any plan at all. That's why I found it misleading: this table expects you to read the Y axis first, then the X axis

Or maybe this table is just wrong? Because if you read Y axis first and then X axis you'll find:

$10.5 plan can change to others, no problem

prepaid plan cannot change to any other plan
But other plans can change to prepaid.

Seems wrong to me. I'll email them and check

Simba seems to be getting from bad to worse. I was at the KFC at Boon Keng (Towner Road) just now and totally no signal inside. and it is just one of the example that Simba got issues in urbanised part of sg.

when i used singtel 4G last time totally not such issues. think i might consider switching to Heya...
Just switch to 4G, save power too

Hi everyone, I am using Simba $10 100GB plan, but I wish to switch to Starhub postpaid CIS plan.

I asked Starhub to help me port over my number, but they said my existing Simba has to be postpaid in order for porting to be successfully ported over to Starhub. Otherwise, I have to get a new number. Is this true?

Also, I recall topping up Simba account with $ every month, hence it's considered prepaid?

Simba roaming reliability is questionable. Last year was seamless with KDDI.
This time KDDI got issue. VoLTE and SMS not working. Luckily got Rakuten as additional partner.
Just found out simba voice app not working on KDDI Japan . Unable to receive calls

Need some help.

My partner is in Zhuhai & has used up her 1GB Roaming Data.

She has $20 in her wallet. Currently it doesn't seem to auto top-up with extra Roaming Data.

Is there something she needs to do to get the Roaming Data back?

Thanks

She has reseted her phone to no avail

The $10.50 (200gb) and $12 plan (200gb) will revert back to which plans after 6 months?

If you change from $10.50 to $12 plan will still get 200gb? Hee.

Hmm....She should has continued to use the roaming data as per normal under the Pay-Per-Use category.

The Pay-Per-Use charges would be deducted from her Wallet of $20.

SIMBA doesn't offer any Add-On packages.

Yes I expected that - first time used up Roaming Data, probably due to the efficiency of 5G in China.

At least Phone calls & SMS still work fine.

My mum is currently using Simba Senior Plan. Recently we tried to port her over to other telcos' sim only plan but all failed.

Anyone has the same experience?
