is it intermittent or totally unusable?

If intermittent, it’s network issue. Try reset network setting, APN, manual connect, auto connect etc and it might resolve your issue somehow.

If totally cannot use, it could be becos you did not turn on long enough in sg and they didn’t register your number for roaming. (Advise to turn on 72hrs before you go overseas)

If u are those that travel many countries in a week, too bad, Simba will tell you their plan is not meant for your Usage
Totally cannot connect.

Now in China. I do 3-4 weeks in China. Then up to one week in Singapore. Then 2 weeks Malaysia. Then back to China.

It has been working for months. Was in Australia, Malaysia and China now.

This afternoon it stopped working.

Ya. Simba is good until you face issue. They can’t help. Same experience when I was in aust. What I did was switch to another phone (from iPhone to Android phone) and somehow it worked.

I switched phone earlier just now. Also didn't work.
simba could do better to help users in such situation..but they only provide standard answer and steps..totally not helping to check on the line or making the line "active" so that can roam..

you are on which plan ?

Hi dude, have you maneged to sort out the problem? In deed i am facing the same issue here in Saudi Arabia. i had used the roaming for more than 6 months well but it suddenly dropped since from 2 days back. every my setting is correct but the icons show that roaming is ok, internet unavailable by showing TPG Singapore EDGE or sometimes changed to be TPG Singapore 3G. I have tried whatever ways i could in the past 2 days inclusive of switching the sim card to diffrent holder, to diffrent smartphones, all the same at the end without internet connection. talked to SIMBA live chat online and then email to them per guildence, so far nothing has come back yet. very depressed with the situation as I do need to use my Singapore line those i am in Saudi Arabia now. wondering if we can share our ideas and to see possible or not we can find a way to sort it out? Thanks dude.

I also hope there's a way to resolve this underlying issues faced when overseas.
apparently for now, simba is not helping at all when you needed them most. (no connection overseas, exorbitant cost for calling helpline, long wait, diffferent timezone etc).

Can't figure out what's wrong except assuming that there is no data roaming service from Simba.

I still have roaming service though. At least I think I still have!

i dun have to imply anything. simba works for me.

if want customer service, pay for singtel, m1 or starhub whichever u like.

a lot people doesn't think logically. pay for cheap service but expect premium service.
IMHO.
There is a difference between basic service and premium service. Of course there's even no service or delayed service.

Agree. The basic is like budget airline. You pay just to fly. Simba is cannot even take off half of the time, no matter what plan you are paying for.

Simba is for me. Cheap and good enough for my use.
Bangkok, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, London, KL, Penang, JB, Taiwan, so far no connectivity problem.

simba is for people who finds value for the amount of money paid.

there are people who expect the sky of out this. and now i am implying that such person is cheap

more so when he expect all replies must be a solution to his problem when he did not pay for anything, this is cheap + cheap

Sad that this forum no longer have community support but mostly people who are looking at cheap deals and supporting the merchant just because they are not having any issue...

I have Singtel and M1. That is why I can compare with Simba.
Please go US - previous experience, it cannot work.
