Yes correct. But changing of plan need to pay upfront using credit card. U cannot use existing credit inside wallet to offset. Thanks, I assume you mean the wallet will be intact and not be wiped out.![]()

Hi I believe you are using iPhone? Do you need to enable “Use Network Provider Settings” in order to make call in Singapore? I am unable if I don’t enable it. Thanks.Just came back from JB yesterday and my data was working fine.
If you are using iOS, you may follow my setting. I remember well must disable Use Network Provider Settings.
Good luck!

Yes. The VoLTE has been enabled. It is under Voice & Data, LTE is selected followed by VoLTE. Is that correct? Thanks.Yes, I could make a phone call with "Use Network Provider Settings” disabled.
Just a suggestion, I do believe you had, but have you enabled the VoLTE?

I have been with SIMBA for a few months. I cannot receive SMS OTP from DBS; OTPs from others including Singpass are ok.
Wrote to SIMBA using their web form (email was bounced back, asking me to use web form), inputting all relevant information including my name, mobile number and other details. After one day, they email me back asking for my name, mobile number and other information. They don't seem helpful.
Thanks for replying.A reboot of the phone usually settles this issue for me.
Thanks for replying.
Rebooting did not work for me, unfortunately.
I have not enabled the digital token. I am using the incoming OTP as part of the steps to activate a renewed card. How will the phasing out of OTPs make online transactions safer?
SINGAPORE – By November, customers of UOB, DBS and OCBC who have enabled their digital banking token will no longer receive one-time passwords (OTPs) when logging in.
The move, jointly announced by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Association of Banks in Singapore on July 9, is said to be part of larger efforts to thwart phishing scams.
Customers who are using hardware tokens can still continue to use OTPs. But the authorities are urging users of physical tokens to switch to digital tokens.

Filed an escalation tix with both SIMBA & Mari (couldn't tell which is the culprit), now it's working again, can receive SMS OTPs as per normal.Anyone having issues receiving SMS on SIMBA for MariBank? (PayNow registration SMS OTP & Online purchase verification via SMS OTP)
I rikes your Avatar, Huat ah.Filed an escalation tix with both SIMBA & Mari (couldn't tell which is the culprit), now it's working again, can receive SMS OTPs as per normal.
