Suspect Simba's email could be auto-generated at a certain time, after a request is put through.

Is your Simba line working then? Tried talking to Simba?

Nope, Simba line no data and cant call out or receive any calls. I cant even login to simba app or their portal anymore. The number does not exist anymore in their system

Tried to message them on FB, still no response from them since 11 AM.. I also submitted query form to them same time.

Simba 5G speed seems to be getting really slow these days. Really hope Simba can improve their performance.
Probably too cheap and maybe too many crowding their frequencies.

Are you referring to hotspot? If yes then it’s probably your settings. Users can hotspot since the trial days

during trial days, hotspot speed was limited to 512kbps.

Hotspot never setup?
Once input TPG for hotspot field, tethering is available and has been available since the start of SIMBA's service (TPG days).

Those plan with free IDD, if calling from overseas using Simba voice to another overseas number, does it deduct from the free IDD mins or from the account balance?

Found the answer. Only 21countries is part of the fee idd. Can use voice app to make use of the free idd.

Must be thru authorised dealers and not direct credit card thru app or website.

Only via authorized dealers. Well since previously you had to write to SIMBA to get the $5 benefits, hope it works this time too.

If I want to port my exist Simba line to Zym for instance, when is the best time eg 7 day before next 30 days renewal etc?

Anyone has experience? Can advise?
