to delete the old account:
1.Open WhatsApp.
2.Tap More options. > Settings > Account > Delete my account.
3. Enter your phone number in full international format and tap Delete account.
4.Select a reason for why you're deleting your account in the dropdown.
5.Tap Delete account.

Unable to do any settings or even check status through iphone or SIMBA Voice app.

Likely will be extended.
Four days ago Simba still promoted it in Facebook.
If until end November, those just signed up will feel cheated.

4g/5g use small cell, so if someone says it is good, it might not be good for you, if someone says it is bad, it might not be bad for you.

Just receive the $11 credit due to port-in during the promotional period.......
unfortunately , the signal in my work area is really bad... will have to move on once I am done with my travelling in Dec and use as much , if not all, the given credit.

If you use finish roaming data, can renew the plan early instead of paying ALA carte?

Ala carte is $4 per GB. Renew senior plan at $5 with 3gb is cheaper

Nope not possible, i mistaken select renewal at shopee and the merchant told me failed

Anybody encountered someone calling you but they hear the "Malaysia/overseas ringing" on their end before you picked up?

Mine is currently facing this issue and my callers asking me if I'm overseas but I'm home.

Might be simba to simba dialing tone, there is a unique tone that I realise between Simba to Simba local calls.
Just like 4G voice calls between Singtel and singtel
