Taiwan partner is chunghwa, one of the best Telco. I have no problem when I was in Taipei recently. 4G only though.

I have another zym line. I got 5G in Taiwan with Zym's partner dageda though and it is much faster.

SIMBA currently offers a choice of two roaming partners in Taiwan: APTG and Chunghwa. Both are VoLTE partners. If you’re unhappy with one, try the other. Chunghwa is generally ranked as the best for coverage.

my line default to chunghwa. I always buy chunghwa sim card at the airport in the past too. But too bad it is not 5G.

My colleagues went to TW recently and they had no issues with SIMBA. Not too sure which provider they chosen and they are able to do Teams meeting while walking along the "food street"..

Yes, precisely. I kept 2 simba lines for overseas usage even local is not that really "fast".
One for my phone, the other one for my car.. I played youtube videos daily while driving (listening to songs and not watching) and rarely experienced lag or video paused. When I drive in JB, also continued to play videos too. So far, for me the experience with SIMBA is good.

hope soon simba puts simba as one of the few countries that can use the local data bundles.

Taiwan data quite cheap also, so I hope the are discussing with them.
