Let's see if they've listed on their website...
- Visit a SIMBA Service Centre: You can go to a SIMBA Service Centre at locations such as Orchard Central, Kaki Bukit, Paya Lebar Quarter, Canberra Plaza, or Clementi.
AI Overview

Thank you, but I think not everyone will do it when it comes to eSIM replacement?https://simba.sg/walk-in
Is it me or this list is getting harder to find than last time ?

For me it is simple, stick to physical sim.Thank you, but I think not everyone will do it when it comes to eSIM replacement?
Or am I dead wrong?![]()
Me too, and I've been using dual SIM iPhones until today. Don't want to pay extra $ anymore. For me it is simple, stick to physical sim.
At the rate I am moving sim between device, I will need to move near a service center if I am on esim

first world problems, hassle here and there. Then just port out, and you lose some weeks of subscription you have paid. Moreover, porting is not like you sign up and porting will be tonight, some take a few working daysi just got my new iphone and my second line is simba, on esim
i'm a busy person. the $5 is annoying but i can afford
i cant afford the time queuing up just to transfer esim
that's why i'm changing telco and porting over the number instead. no need to waste time going orchard

https://support.simba.sg/hc/en-us/a...an-I-switch-my-eSIM-profile-to-another-deviceHas anyone here got eSIM replacement at other centers instead of just Orchard Central and Kaki Bukit?
PS...I can't even get my Singtel line changed to eSIM from the app. Error message please try again later.![]()
Thank you, don't need to squeeze with iPhone 17 series users at Orchard Central.https://support.simba.sg/hc/en-us/a...an-I-switch-my-eSIM-profile-to-another-device
Your SIMBA eSIM profile is non-transferable. Any change in device will require a new QR code. You may walk into SIMBA Service Centre (Orchard Central, Kaki Bukit, Paya Lebar Quarter, Canberra Plaza or Clementi) and request for a new eSIM QR Code. A $5 fee will apply.

Complaint tell them, eh apple users one queue please. Other customers separate queue .Thank you, don't need to squeeze with iPhone 17 series users at Orchard Central.![]()
