Pro tip go do the top up at the actual counters. Got one lady staff not at counter but taking down numbers and accepting payment. Gave her my numbers and made payment but after 20mins sms still never come in. Went back to the lady and turns out they still never process my top up.

Does anyone knows if I port in SIMBA and get the eSIM, am I able to activate it while I’m overseas? Or must be in SG for the first time activating?

I remember this question was asked many years ago, the reply was, it has to be at least 24h on Singapore network. Meaning must activate in SG, stay 24h before leaving.

I went to their dealer shop at 11am and they confirm I will get 1 for 1. I topped up $80 ($60+$20) . He keyed in my number into an excel sheet and I was told it will be topped up by 3pm.

20mins later 2 sms came in showing my account has been topped up. Thank you simba!

By 11.15am I all done.

Fortunately the Counter Lady allowed me to top-up all 8 at once.

But one of the 8 one person gave me the wrong number & so failed to top-up
I re-queued to provide the correct number. It took me 10 to 15mins to complete...fast

I decided on Marina Square instead of Service Center, because I was concerned with 8 numbers the SC may be worse off vs MS with 9 counters.

Just left Marina Square not long ago. The queue for top up was fast, there was more than 10 counters. Almost 80% who top up looked mostly seniors

I did not queue for top-up, but I queue at the port-in/new line counter as I wanted to port in. Queued for an hour, way longer than those topping up their account. This is due to the time needed to port in, sign up singpass and face verification. It took longer probably the people infront have lots of line to port. It took me only a few mins to port. I get extra $20 credit for port in.

Then I top-up the account , they wrote down the number and my other number which I want to top up on a piece of paper. They will help to top up later so I don't need to re queue at top up counters.

Vouchers no more liao. But candy floss still have
