VIP line. Cannot have downtime or lag if can help it.

Primary line, connection not 100% important. Also known as public line.

Best is you followed up with Simba. Simba seems to be doing some system maintenance or similar.

Never inform users. I'm now quite disappointed with their silence.

Terminated my friend's line without notice when there's still over 6 months worth of credit inside. Still waiting for them to investigate.

We're very disappointed already. Making plans to eventually port all important lines out.

Everyone choose what is workable for him usage style . Example my friend uncle use Eight and Maxx. But when he always like watch chinese short drama app. His Eight connection always lag as compare to his Maxx. So he eventually terminate the Eight line.

On buses definitely less lag than underground.

Eight is alright with 5G, but don't bet on their 4G.

I experienced the opposite with my Simba line recently. But then again, it could be slightly off-peak and later lunchtime crowd at work. So ya, it depends.

I had just ported in to Simba during the promotion period that I will receive a free $16 repackage deal that include a $500 GB to china, Korea and Japan. Port in was successful, but I do not see the free deal in my account. Anyone has the experience to claim this free repackage benefit? Is there any steps that I need to do to activate this benefit? Thanks

I also managed to login, but I can only view only one of my mobile phone account. Under my same email I had registered to 3 Simba numbers - 2 are mine and 1 is my wife. But I can only view only 1 number account. How do I view my other mobile numbers account otherwise I can't see my remaining credits and to top up? Previous generation app is better -

Not sure if you had noticed that the summary (at the top), showing the info of the mobile number, user can swipe left/right to view other accounts/numbers too. There's also a tiny arrow pointing left/right too for users to navigate to other accounts/numbers.

Mine, there is no arrows to swipe left or right, just show only one account. Under my profile, it only show only one mobile number.

I can only say SIMBA is populating all accounts. So many are still unfulfilled.
