cc to imda regarding ur grievance and delays, include all ur correspondence w telco.

They (telco) respond rather fast, once imda step in (legit issue).

＄0.10 should be for outgoing international sms or you had made outgoing international call to a country that is not in the bundled idd talktime countries.

Look under usage rates in the＄10 plan critical information.

I did not make any sms (local and/or overseas) i also didnt call anyone overseas. They did not show any trabsaction just show the sumba wallet short of 10cents. What is this? And no reply from them

Hi all, i put my SIMBA Psim to my iphone 18 pro max. and installed whatsapp and tried to verification my phone number and unable to get sms or call.... damn annoying. normal text to my wife and all no issue. calls no issues. incoming outgoing calls and sms. but for whatsapp i can't seem to get the sms otp or voice call for verification.

Check if you've blocked text and calls from overseas numbers.

Check your APN settings. Restart phone if you're going to make any changes.

Will post more when any other possibilities come to mind.

Iphone also have this $0.10 thing. I am trying to figure out. You got use roaming? I am thinking got trigger something hidden or non hidden thing while roaming.

Try to send sms “UNBLOCKINTSMS” to “1218” to deactivate International SMS blocking feature. Maybe your line is blocked to receive international sms.

Thanks both. works well now. but the problem was.. the whatsapp was looking for verification at my old phone through that whatsapp!!!
