Its a seperate app on the play store. U need to scroll all the way down lol.

The old app is useless.

also.. if u run out of data and ur wallet is $0.00...ur SIM will refuse to register on the simba network

I already message them till now no reply

They replied via FB messenger that they are aware of the issue and working on fixing it. Almost a week already, still not resolved. Just can't receive the OTP to log in to the app. Can't top-up via the app.

How come there are two apps with the same name in PlayStore?

they use a different appid. nothing controversial.

their migration was definitely NOT well executed. did they hire some amateur engineer to complete the job.

I didn't download. Not sure if it requires email or OTP to login. Only login via the web one.

I've got 2 numbers on 2 hps registered on 1 email address.
The new app only showing 1 of my number on both apps.

Really terrible coding of software.
