If the amount is still grey boxes, they are not yet confirmed. However if they are already in green boxes, you can submit the claims. Pretty easy and fast. It usually takes one or two days to have the claims confirmed and credited back to ur card.

You can submit claim when the box is green. If it is still grey, there is no option to claim. Once you selected the in or out station which is missing during the claim process, they will calculate ur trip and refund you the amount which was wrongly charged. For example, missing entry is $2 and your trip is only $0.83, $1.17 will be refunded to your card.
