U can put in $500. See 12 midnight got 3c interest in. If no then withdraw all out lo

Another way is to WhatsApp them to find out

They daily credit the interest to u?

I see the faq..they put like tis

Interest is calculated daily and credited to your account value on a monthly basis.

The interest will be credited on the first day of the following policy month.

Daily they accrued. U can see the accrued interest grows each day

Every month on your acc opening date they credit this lump sum accrued interest to your acc

The day u apply will be your monthly interest credit date.
Like mine I applied on 20th Feb, Receive my first interest on 20th March.
Will receive my second interest in few days time.

Is the money received on 1st of every month or any specific date ? The TnC didn't state on that though.

From the SDIC website, the PPF scheme only covers if:

you have a claim under a life insured policy which happened before the PPF Scheme member failed;
you have given notice to the life insurer that you want to surrender a life insured policy before the failure; or
if your policies have matured before the insurer fails; or
you have been receiving annuity payments,

So it means you can only claim if you have communicated your intention to withdraw before they fail?

Not very certain about this provision. Any views guys? :)

This makes it concerning that the protection is not sufficiently there or what most perceived.

Compound interest and rounding. Other banks also use the same kind of calculation.

Using some really rough math: 1.00206^12 ~= 1.025, right?
So getting around 20.60/mo for 10k is approximately 2.5% compound/yr (actual value is calculated per day).
