Actually for those who claim money not in their singlife account. Did you triple check you sent to the correct singlife dbs account number. Quite a long account number and the font size super small. Do be careful.

if the first transfer didn't get through, they can also transfer a fresh $1 transfer using the same account number to see if it got through.

For the 2nd transfer take photos /videos of this to send to singlife for them to troubleshoot if the 2nd one doesn't get through.

but I think it will get through as I've never had any problems, as long as you have doublechecked the a/c no.

Always do a trial $1 transfer to see if works, whenever you add any new account.

except in some cases like dash easyearn, there's a difference between transfer a token amount to test, and transfer the entire amount you wanted to put in, in the first place

Dash easyearn was payment using eNETS, IIRC, this is much more safer and less error prone than transferring to a new account number 1st time.

yea but was referring more to the feature of dash easyearn. the first top-up you do will be guaranteed the 2% for 1 year. but if u do additional top-up, then the amount topped up is still getting 2% for now, but they can vary it.
