i created 2 singlife accounts. both top up with 10k and it was instant. about a month later, i got some excess funds so not sure where to put, so top up one singlife account to get 1 percent..also instant fast transfer..

Go to their FB page/Twitter page and see if there are others also complaining. Maybe publicly mention your issue, they will escalate it and fix it faster for you.
